      New RF Low Noise Amplifiers
      for LEO Space Applications

      Teledyne e2v HiRel announces the availability of a pair of low noise amplifiers for low earth orbit (LEO) space and other demanding applications. The TDLNA2626 and TDLNA2628 combine to cover 17 – 31.5 GHz frequency ranges and are built in a GaAs process technology which provides lower power consumption and high gain/bandwidth.

      ​Gain Blocks

      The Teledyne TDGB010 cascadable broadband InGaP HBT MMIC amplifier family is a high-performance solution for general-purpose, high-reliability RF and microwave amplification needs. This 50-ohm gain block is based upon a mature and reliable Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT), Indium Gallium Phosphide (InGaP) process and utilizes proprietary MMIC design techniques.

      New X-band Gain Blocks for Space

      Our new 10 GHz Gain Blocks for X-band provide our customers with a standard amplifier solution covering L-band through X-band, simplifying component procurement for space and defense flight applications.  These Gain Blocks extend the performance of space-qualified InGaP amp technology to X-band, while previous generations were limited to C-band.
