If you have purchased your equipment from any of our distributors, please make any initial call to them. If necessary, our distributor will put you in contact with us directly.
For modems purchased directly from Teledyne Paradise Datacom, send an email to Modem Technical Support, and include the following information:
- Equipment model number
- Equipment serial number
- Description of the problem
- Your name and contact information (phone, email)
In the event that a modem requires further investigation or repair, Technical Support will provide an RMA Forms/Fault Report document.
After the forms are completed and returned to your Technical Support contact, you will be assigned an RMA number authorising the return of the modem for evaluation and repair.
To avoid transit damage, please ensure that the units are packed with the original shipping materials and that these materials are in good condition for transit back to the factory. Otherwise, use a professional shipping company that will package the equipment to prevent damage during shipment. Damage incurred during shipping is not covered under warranty!
