Our dedicated customer support engineers aim to turn around all warranty repairs in less than 10 working days.If you have purchased your equipment from any of our distributors, please make any initial call to them. If necessary, our distributor will put you in contact with us directly.
For RF equipment purchased directly from Teledyne Paradise Datacom, send an email to RF Technical Support and include the following information:
- Equipment model number
- Equipment serial number
- Description of the problem
- Your name and contact information (phone, email)
After contacting technical support, you will be assigned an RMA number authorizing the return of the material for evaluation and repair. Tech support will provide a
RMA Request Form & RF Fault Report Sheet. Complete the form by filling in all relevant information. Please include the assigned RMA number and a complete description of the problem. Describe any displayed faults, including equipment status and alarm information.
To avoid non-warranty shipping damage, please assure that the units are packed with the original shipping materials and that these materials are in acceptable condition for transit back to the factory. Otherwise, use a professional shipping company which will package the equipment to prevent damage during shipment.
Damage incurred during shipping is not covered under warranty!
Include the completed
RMA Request Form & RF Fault Report Sheet with the equipment and write the RMA number on the outside of all shipping containers.
