New X-band Gain Blocks For Space
Our new 10 GHz Gain Blocks for X-band provide our customers with a standard amplifier solution covering L-band through X-band, simplifying component procurement for space and defense flight applications. These Gain Blocks extend the performance of space-qualified InGaP amp technology to X-band, while previous generations were limited to C-band.

New PIN Diode Limiter for Military Apps
Teledyne e2v HiRel has introduced its first high power limiter for military applications, the TDLM202402 PIN Diode Limiter. It is a quasi-active, S-band, SMT, PIN Diode Limiter that offers “always on” high power CW and peak protection. We support SCDs (Source Controlled Drawings), and the devices are tested and shipped from our certified facility in Milpitas, California, one of the industry’s most trusted production locations. The TDLM202402 is designed for optimal small signal insertion loss, permitting an extremely low receiver noise figure while simultaneously offering excellent large input signal.

New Mixer Line Added to Products
As Teledyne e2v HiRel continues to expand its RF product line, a new radiation tolerant, double-balanced Mixer at 18-46 GHz has been released. For K- and Ka-band communications links, it offers the space design community a Mixer with low conversion loss, high linearity, and a wide IF bandwidth. It is ideally suited for use in designing an up or down-conversion stage in signal chains for radar, satellite transponders, and related RF comms circuits in electronic warfare application.

Two New Power Limiters
The first, model TDLM025100, is a 2.5 GHz, 100 W RF power limiter. The second limiter, model TDLM06100, is a 6.0 GHz, 100 W solution. Both are radiation tolerant, monolithic ‘all-in-one’ limiters based on Silicon-on-Insulator technology that are ideal for high reliability aerospace and defense applications. Both offer alternatives to the traditional industry alternative of discrete GaAs PIN diode circuits with multiple external components.
