California Prop 65

May 2, 2019 - Teledyne Storm Microwave adheres to the California Proposition 65 guidelines that require notice of clear and reasonable warnings––such as the one shown--regarding consumer product exposure to hazardous materials.

Any of our products whose final destination is California and which would qualify for a Prop 65 warning will have the appropriate Warning note appended to:

• The outbound quotations.

• The order acknowledgements at time of order entry.

• The packaging material.

In addition, the Teledyne Storm Web Store will indicate which, if any, products being sold through the store are subject to a Prop 65 Warning.
